Building Services There is no such thing as a Structural or Building Surveyor in Spain, and if you have doubts about the construction or structure of the property you will have to ask a builder to look at it.
If the property is less than 10 years old a builder is legally required to provide a 10-year guarantee. The insurance policy should be transferred to the buyer on completion.
